Join Our Team at St Helens Alternative Provision Service
At St Helens Alternative Provision Service, we believe in the power of education to transform lives — and we’re looking for passionate, resilient, and committed professionals to join us on that journey.
Our service encompasses PACE and Launchpad Centre Pupil Referral Units, supporting children and young people across the St Helens Borough who are currently unable to attend mainstream education. Pupils join us for a wide range of reasons, including social, emotional, and mental health needs, medical challenges, or experiences of exclusion.
Working in a Pupil Referral Unit is both challenging and deeply rewarding. Many of our learners face complex circumstances that can impact their long-term outcomes — but we are determined to change that narrative. Through compassion, high expectations, and individualised support, we aim to open up new opportunities and improve the life chances of every young person in our care.
Our vision is simple: to provide a high-quality, personalised educational experience that leads to success for all. We are proud to be a positive and inclusive community where every young person is encouraged to thrive, achieve, and feel safe.
If you’re ready to make a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
